Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support our network services. You will manage routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls, troubleshoot circuit issues, and respond to incidents using a CMS. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on networking experience, with broad knowledge of network protocols and tools. This is a remote-friendly position with opportunities to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network technologies including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.
• Familiarity with operating systems, network devices, software development concepts, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and document resolutions in CMS.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain network documentation and inventory.
• Complete change requests within SLAs.
