Job summary

One Call is seeking a Network Engineer Senior to provide and maintain network connectivity services for One Call networks. You will configure devices, perform OS and software upgrades, deploy routers and firewalls, assist with circuit troubleshooting, monitor incidents, and document resolutions using a CMS.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with network technologies (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS) and related concepts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and improves documentation.
• Responds to customer requests with timely, quality service as defined by management.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures.
• Prepares activity reports and status updates for management.
• Maintains network services documentation and change-control records.
• Performs network change requests in line with SLAs.
• Maintains lab and equipment inventory and supports related duties as assigned.
