Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to deliver connectivity services for One Call networks, configure devices, perform OS upgrades, and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls from a home office. You will troubleshoot circuit equipment and respond to incidents while documenting resolutions in the CMS.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 5–7 years hands-on network systems work, and strong communication and teamwork skills

• Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network service processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and recommend fixes.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Maintain network service documentation and change requests.
• Manage network lab inventory and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
