Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide and maintain network connectivity across One Call networks. You will configure devices, perform OS and software upgrades, and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.

You’ll troubleshoot circuit equipment, respond to incidents, and document updates in the CMS. This remote-first role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, collaboration with teams, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain network connectivity services for One Call networks.
• Configure devices and perform OS and software upgrades; deploy routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot circuit equipment and network issues; monitor and resolve incident tickets.
• Document status updates and resolutions in CMS; follow change requests per SLAs.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory; identify process improvements.
