One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and optimize our network services remotely from home. The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and related network infrastructure.

You will fault-find, configure, and upgrade devices, monitor incidents, and document resolutions within a CMS. The position emphasizes independence, teamwork, and alignment with One Call’s commitment to reliable care management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and OS concepts

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and improvements
• Responds to customer requests and completes assignments promptly
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures
• Prepares activity reports for management
• Maintains network services documentation and inventory
• Performs other related duties as assigned
