Job summary

One Call is hiring a Senior Network Engineer for a remote-first role. You will manage network infrastructure, configure devices, and upgrade systems to ensure reliability across the One Call networks.

The position requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience with routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and related technologies, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. The role supports flexible work arrangements and growth within the IT network Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of hands-on network services engineering experience.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and networking protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and procedures; identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests as defined by management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain network services documentation.
• Complete network change requests within SLAs and maintain lab inventory.
• Offer guidance and cross-training to peers and participate in standards development.
