Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years hands-on network engineering experience.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and contribute improvements.
• Provide network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain network documentation.
• Support change requests within SLAs and manage inventory.
