Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide, configure, and maintain connectivity services for our networks from a home-based setup. You will perform device configurations, OS upgrades, and routine troubleshooting while documenting progress in the CMS and collaborating with peers to uphold service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network technologies (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS).
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides network connectivity services for One Call networks.
• Configures devices and performs upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Responds to incidents and documents resolutions in CMS.
• Maintains network documentation and change requests per SLA.
• Supports network lab/inventory and cross-functional collaboration.
