Job summary

One Call, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain our network infrastructure in support of our nationwide operations.

You will configure routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls, troubleshoot incidents, and document changes. The role requires 5–7 years hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment. This position is remote from the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 5–7 years hands-on network engineering experience.
• Knowledge of DNS, routing protocols, and network security.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides and maintains network connectivity services for One Call networks.
• Configures devices, performs OS and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoots network problems and responds to incidents.
• Maintains network service documentation and produces activity reports.
• Performs change requests per SLA.
