As Vice President of Sales for Multifamily, you will own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting with ownership through signed contracts.

This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic, multi-location portfolios. Expect a $2M annual quota, leads provided by the sales development team or inbound, and no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own full sale cycle for large deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
