As Vice President of Sales for Multifamily, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts, with a $2M annual quota and remote work across the USA or Canada.

You will close high-value opportunities with minimal internal management. This role emphasizes strategic, long cycles, expansion across locations, and collaboration with owners,

Competenze

• A proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals in large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
