This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote work across USA or Canada, and a $2M annual quota. You will close strategic deals across locations and expand relationships across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily owners and property management groups.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large deals.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on compelling proposals.
