Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property management groups. As VP of Sales for Multifamily, you own our largest multi-location deals from initial meetings through signed contracts, with a $2M annual quota.

This individual contributor role is remote across the USA and Canada, with no direct reports. You will close strategically across owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding locations and services as portfolios sign on.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
