Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property management groups with websites, SEO and paid media. As VP of Sales for Multifamily, you own large multi-location deals from the first meeting to the signed contract, navigating multi-stakeholder processes across portfolios.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on closing high-value opportunities, with a $2M annual quota and expansion across locations once a group signs.

Formación

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
