Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property management groups with websites, SEO, and paid media. As Vice President of Sales for Multifamily, you will own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting through signed contracts.

This role is remote (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports. Your success comes from closing strategic, high-value portfolios across multiple locations, with meetings set by the sales development team

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing large accounts in multi-location environments.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders to win multi-location portfolios.
• Expand accounts to cover more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
