Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with a remote setup across the USA or Canada and a $2M annual quota on strategic accounts.

You will close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders through long, consultative cycles, expanding locations and services as groups sign. No direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
