As Head of Sales for Multifamily, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, handling multi-stakeholder processes and multi-location portfolios.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
