Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team.

You will partner with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates using multi-channel search strategies, with a focus on building a diverse talent pipeline and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role you will mentor colleagues, support TA projects, help shape recruitment strategies, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure offers align with policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting‑related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and create TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external sources to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and build pipelines of high-quality candidates in advance of postings.
• Handle special TA projects such as systems maintenance, reporting, or internship programs.
• Market the organization and employment value proposition to candidates.
• Use social media, job boards, and other channels to raise awareness of Navitus.
• Provide interview guides to managers and gain buy-in for the process.
• Support development and review of the organization's TA strategy with HR partners.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers on offers, ensuring alignment with policies and market norms.
• Liaise with vendors and Navitus leadership to ensure contractual compliance.
• Other duties as assigned
