Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with IT hiring managers, source and screen top candidates, and drive a robust multi-channel search to build a diverse talent pool. You will mentor teams, lead TA projects, and help shape recruiting strategy with HR partners.

You will work with vendors, design interview guides, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning offers with policy and market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of active/passive candidate sourcing and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with HR programs, policies, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications and sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external and internal channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and future needs.
• Lead special projects such as TA systems maintenance, reporting, or internship programs.
• Promote Navitus’ employer value proposition to attract talent; leverage social media and job boards.
• Provide interview guides and facilitate executive-level candidate discussions with hiring managers.
• Support development and refinement of Navitus’ talent acquisition strategy and policies.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation to assess offers for market alignment and internal consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure contractual compliance and effective partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
