You will mentor, lead strategic TA initiatives, and help shape recruitment policies for a best-in-class candidate experience. The role emphasizes building diverse talent pools, managing vendor relationships, and delivering creative TA solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates
• Experience leading HR and business leadership expectations
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and create TA strategies
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources
• Build diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
• Lead special TA projects and reporting
• Develop and adjust the talent acquisition strategy and policies
