Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. You will partner with hiring managers in Information Technology to source, screen, and present top candidates, while mentoring the TA team and shaping strategy for a diverse talent pipeline.

You will drive multi-channel searches, create compelling employer value, and collaborate with HR to ensure compliant, best-in-class recruiting practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Familiar with HR programs, policies, and applicable laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience partnering with HR and business leadership at high levels.
• Ability to support compliance program objectives.
• Professional, collaborative communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, specs, and sources.
• Source and screen candidates via external channels to build pipelines.
• Plan for future needs, ensuring diverse candidate pools.
• Lead special TA projects and reporting as needed.
• Market the organization’s mission and EVP to attract candidates.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and networks to raise visibility.
• Provide interview guide recommendations and gain buy-in from managers.
• Collaborate with compensation to negotiate offers aligned with policy.
