Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading expectations of high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, required skills, and talent sources; create custom TA strategies for each position.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Gain insights through relationships; plan for future needs and build pipelines for critical roles in advance of postings.
• Lead special projects such as TA systems maintenance, bespoke reporting, or internship programs.
• Market the organization by conveying its mission, priorities, and employment value proposition.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to raise organization awareness.
• Provide interview guides to managers and secure buy-in to use them.
• Contribute to development and ongoing adjustment of the TA strategy.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers on offers; coordinate with compensation to ensure offers align with practices.
• Act as liaison between vendors and Navitus; ensure policy compliance and provide feedback when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
