Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role partners with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates, building diverse pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to fill roles or mix of corporate/agency recruiting.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading senior-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and craft tailored Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Develop proactive pipelines for future needs, focusing on diverse candidate pools.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or reporting.
• Market Navitus to potential candidates by communicating the company’s mission and EVP.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and external channels to raise awareness.
