Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team.

The role focuses on partnering with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates using a multi-channel approach, while driving a robust DEI talent pipeline and a comprehensive TA strategy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environments, with strong knowledge of HR programs, policies, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and craft tailored TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and build high-quality candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or reporting.
• Market Navitus to candidates and communicate the value proposition.
