Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Senior IT Manager - Infrastructure Platforms to lead the administration, support, and resilience of Windows Server, Linux, AIX, storage, and backup across production and DR environments.

You will manage a team of engineers, partner with Information Security, Risk, and Audit to enforce standards, drive automation, and align operations with regulatory requirements in a demanding banking context. This remote role may be hired in AZ, NC or TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure teams across Windows, Linux, AIX, storage, and backup.

• Collaborate with security, audit, and risk to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by providing evidence and remediation as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and platform roadmaps.
