Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a fully remote role that can be located anywhere in the U.S. The position involves operating and evolving infrastructure spanning on-premises and cloud platforms, with a focus on security, resiliency, and automation.

You will work across Windows Server, VMware, storage, and cloud services (AWS, Azure), strengthening identity and authentication through AD and Entra, and partnering with DevOps teams to improve application delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong Windows Server and hybrid (on-prem/cloud) expertise.
• Familiarity with identity/authentication technologies and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strengthen identity, security, and resiliency including AD and Entra, with modern authentication and disaster recovery planning.
• Advance automation through PowerShell and partner with DevOps teams for reliable application delivery.
