Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive to own and grow large, multi-location accounts. You will develop strategic plans, manage RFQs and renewals, and build executive-level relationships across customer organizations.

You will lead cross-functional teams to align Arrow solutions with customer needs, travel as required, and drive sustained revenue growth in a remote-capable, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic enterprise sales and managing high-visibility accounts.
• Ability to develop long-term account plans and executive relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills for RFQs, contracts, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow large, multi-location Arrow accounts with strategic plans and milestones.
• Lead RFQ reviews, contract terms, and renewal negotiations to maximize value.
• Build influential relationships with C-level and senior management across accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer needs.
