Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive to serve as the primary contact for large, multi-location customers and drive strategic account planning. You will identify opportunities and leverage Arrow’s supply chain solutions to deliver value across complex accounts.

You will negotiate significant contracts, coordinate RFQs, and work with cross-functional teams to meet objectives while maintaining a focus on growth and margin.

Qualifications

• Typical minimum 8–12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of the IT Channel Ecosystem and how it applies to solution selling.
• Proven success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Track record of high performance in senior/strategic sales roles.
• Comfort working in a highly matrixed environment and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Ability to recruit, influence, and grow business across existing and new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for large, multi-location Arrow customers; develop strategic relationships.
• Lead strategic account planning, clarify customer needs, and drive value with Arrow solutions.
• Plan and negotiate RFQs and significant contracts; ensure terms meet Arrow guidelines.
• Build influential relationships across marketing, product, engineering, and purchasing to meet objectives.
