Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive to own strategic relationships with large, multi-location customers. You will develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive opportunities across the sales cycle from qualification to renewal.

The role requires strong negotiation skills and a track record of growing high-value accounts. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as required.

Qualifications

• Develop and build influential and strategic relationships with enterprise customers at senior management and C-level levels.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to grow sales within assigned high-visibility accounts.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and manage RFQ processes to renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and service teams to meet customer objectives.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer business and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship with large, multi-location Arrow customers.
• Create selling opportunities within critical accounts through a structured sales plan.
• Lead account planning and align cross-functional resources to meet milestones.
• Drive pipeline, opportunities, and forecast accuracy in assigned accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee RFQ activities within Arrow guidelines.
• Travel to Arrow offices as needed; remote-ready with ability to work from home.
