Job summary

SullivanCotter’s Executive Workforce Services practice is seeking a seasoned consultant to manage small engagements within budgets and guide junior staff. You will oversee deliverables, build client relationships, and apply market benchmarks to executive compensation programs.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in compensation consulting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for clients in health care and not-for-profit sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; finance/health care emphasis preferred.
• 7–10 years of compensation consulting or related experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data, design programs and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements within budgets and monitor progress.
• Oversee productivity and delegation to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client reports.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Serve as client liaison and build relationships for future work.
• Guide junior staff with tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Develop templates and processes to improve productivity.
• Lead client delivery meetings and align on client initiatives.
