The role emphasizes analytical rigor, client interaction, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations, with multiple state and regulatory considerations in scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration).
Must have compensation consulting experience.
7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience including data analysis and financial modeling.
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
Oversee productivity and delegation to analysts and consultants.
Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs.
