SullivanCotter’s Executive Workforce Services team seeks a seasoned consultant to deliver executive compensation consulting, governance support, and leadership strategy insights. You will guide market analyses, compensation design, and client advisory across healthcare and not-for-profit sectors.

Ideal candidates bring strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, client-facing experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset to support complex research, data collection, and analytics in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• Master's degree preferred in a related business field.
• Experience: 1–5 years consulting with clients; 3–5 years analytical experience with data, modeling, and presenting results.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and manage compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to set appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and client meetings.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project status and deadlines.
