Job summary

SullivanCotter's Executive Workforce Services practice seeks a skilled consultant to deliver comprehensive executive compensation consulting, market pricing, and job evaluations for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will analyze data, develop placements, and support client delivery teams.

The role requires a business degree, 1–5 years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a remote, national-role environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration
• 1–5 years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• 3–5 years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze data, visualize problems, and present solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and administer executive compensation programs
• Provide market expertise on client compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations and analyze responsibilities to recommend internal placement
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling, and special research projects
• Analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles for executive positions
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to determine action and remove obstacles
• Keep the project manager informed on status and deliverables
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing for projects
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics
• Participate in client delivery meetings and establish client relationships
