Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consultant to deliver comprehensive executive compensation consulting services. You will develop and administer compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and perform complex analyses for health care and not-for-profit clients.

Utilize data-driven methodology to advise on governance, leadership strategy, and pay-for-performance programs while collaborating with client teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client market compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting compensation data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation level and job title for executive positions across multiple focus areas.
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to determine the best course of action and meet deadlines.
