Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead executive workforce engagements, focusing on compensation governance and leadership strategy for healthcare clients. You will manage complex projects, mentor analysts, and deliver data-driven insights to client leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and an ability to operate within a national remote framework. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation program administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Lead and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants based on skills and deadlines.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs with guidance from the relationship manager.
• Oversee junior staff deliverables for accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Act as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs and questions.
• Share knowledge and guide juniors in research, data collection and analytics.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings to understand team and client initiatives.
