SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our Executive Workforce Services practice. You will manage engagements, guide project teams, and serve as a key client liaison for health care and nonprofit clients.

The role emphasizes compensation design, data analysis, modeling, and presenting findings. Requires 7–10 years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of related consulting experience with data analysis, modeling or compensation programs.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health care regulations and industry standards.
• Self-starter who can work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements within budgets and monitor progress to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Oversee team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs.
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy and quality.
• Act as a key client liaison, building relationships and anticipating client needs.
• Mentor junior associates and share methods and tools.
• Develop templates and processes to improve productivity.
• Lead client delivery team meetings.
