Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to partner with health care and not-for-profit clients, performing data analysis, financial modeling and program design. You will manage client engagements, mentor junior staff, and lead project teams to deliver high-impact compensation strategies.

This role requires 7–10 years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate complex results clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; health care admin or finance preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience.
• Compensation consulting experience required.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets.
• Oversee client relationships and lead project teams and meetings.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports for client needs.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and clarity; ensure timely completion.
• Serve as SME and guide junior associates on tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement productivity templates and processes.
• Lead client delivery team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
