The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis, and project management within a fast-paced environment across healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors required in business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, stats, math or health care administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience, including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee productivity and delegation to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports with guidance.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality and language.
• Act as key client liaison and anticipate client needs.
• Serve as SME for junior associates and share methodologies.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to align with client initiatives.
