SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive compensation consulting services for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will develop and administer executive compensation programs, conduct market analyses, and guide clients through governance and leadership strategy with a data-driven approach.

The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and effective collaboration with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with finance/economics/statistics/mathematics.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop/ administer compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to position roles appropriately.
• Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and financial modeling for projects.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders; prepare proposals and reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support client delivery meetings.
