Responsibilities include managing engagements, developing deliverables, and serving as a key liaison with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; healthcare administration preferred
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience with data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-partnering abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare compensation practices and regulatory landscape

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and assist with larger projects within budget
• Oversee team productivity and allocate tasks to analysts and consultants
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and client reports
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality of deliverables
• Serve as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs
• Mentor junior associates and share tools and methodologies
• Develop and implement productivity templates and processes
• Lead client delivery meetings and drive project outcomes
