Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 1–5 years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients
• 3–5 years of related analytical experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency; basic programming is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze data and communicate findings

Aufgaben

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop/ administer programs
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations and analyze responsibilities and structure
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses and financial modeling
• Identify data issues and advise on course of action to meet client deadlines
• Support project managers with status updates and deliverables
• Assist with report writing and client proposals
• Mentor junior associates and review technical work
• Participate in client delivery meetings to understand initiatives
• Establish client relationships and serve as a key contact
