Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for our Executive Workforce Services Practice. You will lead compensation advisory engagements, develop data-driven insights, and guide junior staff while partnering with health care and not-for-profit clients. This remote role operates within a defined U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business experience
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage tasks under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that impact our health care clients
• A self-starter with ability to work effectively with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within established budgets
• Manage team productivity and delegation of tasks to analysts and consultants
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports to address client needs
• Oversee development of deliverables by junior associates, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Act as a key client liaison, attending meetings and anticipating client needs
• Serve as SME for junior associates and guide research, data collection and analytics
• Develop and implement tools, templates, processes and methodologies to improve productivity
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
