SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consulting professional to lead components of complex client engagements. You will drive data-driven insights, develop compensation recommendations, and mentor junior staff while managing client relationships across healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

The role emphasizes governance, leadership strategy, and pay-for-performance design in a remote work setting with limited travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of consulting experience with data analysis, financial modeling, program design or compensation administration.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of larger projects within budgets.
• Oversee team productivity and resource allocation.
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client reports.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and clearly communicated.
• Act as client liaison and SME for junior staff.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery meetings and align with client priorities.
