Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing and presentation skills are required
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that impact our health care clients

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within established budgets and regularly monitor status
• Manage team productivity to ensure appropriate associate resource utilization
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports to address client needs
• Oversee development of project deliverables by junior associates, reviewing for quality and timeliness
• Act as a key client liaison, attending meetings and anticipating client needs
• Serve as subject matter expert for junior associates, guiding research and analytics
• Develop and implement tools and templates to improve productivity and quality
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
