Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead compensation consulting engagements within our Executive Workforce Services Practice. This remote role supports clients nationwide, including deep collaboration with client teams and junior staff.

The role requires strong analytics, client liaison skills, and experience managing complex projects in a healthcare context. A Bachelor’s in business and 7–10 years of relevant experience are expected, with comprehensive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7 - 10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills are required
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that impact our health care clients
• Able to work effectively with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within established budgets and regularly monitor the success of sequential project steps and tasks
• Manage team productivity to ensure appropriate associate resource utilization, including prioritizing work and delegating tasks
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports to address client needs
• Oversee the development of project deliverables by more junior associates, reviewing for technical accuracy, quality, completeness, timeliness
• Act as a key client liaison, including building client relationships and attending client meetings
• Serve as the subject matter expert for junior associates and guide them in research, data collection and analytics
• Develop and implement tools, work product templates, processes and methodologies
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
