You will lead executive compensation consulting, market pricing, and governance initiatives for healthcare and not-for-profit clients, delivering data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations. The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and the ability to translate complex data into concise client deliverables, with opportunities for mentorship and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; healthcare/finance context preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and client deliverables.
• Familiarity with laws/regulations affecting health care clients.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and analyze responsibilities, duties, and structure for appropriate level and title.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Interpret data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for executive positions.
• Offer client-facing guidance and maintain project status with deadlines.
