SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to provide executive compensation consulting services for healthcare and nonprofit clients. You will analyze data, develop compensation strategies, and interact with client teams to deliver results.

The role requires strong financial modeling, presentation skills, and a track record in consulting. This remote position operates in select states with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• One to five years of progressive client consulting experience.
• Three to five years of analytical experience involving data analysis and financial modeling.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Provide market expertise regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and recommend internal placement in appropriate level and title.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling and research.
