Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to support senior sellers, drive technical sales, and serve as a senior resource within the SE team. You will conduct product demonstrations, develop proofs‑of‑concept, and respond to complex RFIs/RFPs to win strategic deals.

This remote role covers the TOLA region in the United States. Expect up to 50% travel and close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales technical roles or related field.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating hardware/software products.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SaaS integrations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and enable live proof‑of‑concept trials.
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop the Samsara platform.
• Demonstrate value of Samsara products on-site, remotely, or at events.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical accuracy.
• Maintain organization and analytical approach to remove sales obstacles.
• Support SE team enablement and cross‑functional communications.
• Champion Samsara culture and best practices.
