Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of SDETs focused on quality and reliability across Cribl products. This hands-on leadership role drives quality in design to release with agentic workflows, partnering with product and engineering managers to embed best practices from the start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience establishing testing strategy and defining quality metrics.
• Experience deploying products in SaaS and managed environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agentic development.

Responsibilities

• Own quality strategy across Cribl products and track data-driven metrics.
• Lead test automation, CI stability, root-cause analysis, and defect prevention.
• Optimize end-to-end pipelines for quality and velocity.
• Foster a customer-first mindset and align with deployments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to bake quality in.
• Coach and grow a remote-first team of test engineers.
