Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote‑first, cross‑functional team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) responsible for the quality and reliability of all Cribl products.

This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes building quality in from design to release, driving test strategy, automation, and observability, while mentoring a distributed team to deliver high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in establishing testing strategy and defining quality metrics for SaaS products.
• Strong SDLC knowledge with agentic development.
• Experience with AI-developed tests and workflows.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products.
• Lead test automation and CI stability.
• Coach and mentor a remote testing team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers.
• Manage end-to-end testing pipelines for SaaS and on-prem environments.
